Anyway, the point is this:
I've been making the coppa stuff that this guy makes for awhile now. My family is Italian and they've been doing it forever. It's delicious stuff. I've got 6 of them hanging in the cellar right now, in fact. They're just waiting to be eaten. We used to make prosciutto as well, but we stopped that after my grandfather died.
I also make fresh sausage (LOLZZZ) and dried sausage. Both are fantastic. Damn near everyone that's eaten it has said I've made the best sausage they've eaten in a LONG time (again with the innuendo LOLZ :/).
I'm tired and just wanted to post this. Perhaps someone else will appreciate the content on that site. It's fascinating to me.
