I didn't play much with friends though.IT really sux against the AI - and those extra quest modes they add are ass.....So yeah - Noone should buy this unless they will play with friends - its straight outa coin-op-ton.

Star Wars kills yet another franchise (the first being Star Wars).
The fact that the inclusion of two nerdy out-of-place fantasy characters make the game a must-buy purchase instead of, y'know, the actual game just proves that you're EXACTLY the fanboy demographic that Namco is targeting. And that's the exact demographic that will be the first to go when the revolution happens.Fuck, let's just put Chewbacca in there with Robocop and the Predator. Add Freddy and Jason for good measure.
This is weird and dumb, but having each character exclusive to a console is even dumber.
that bitch from Ridge Racer,
I'd buy a horror/sci-fi fanservice brawler.Put in Jason, Riddick, Freddy, Ash, Wishmaster, Predator, Norman Bates, Pinhead, Dr. William Weir, Xenomorph (Alien), Leprechaun, Sil (Species), etc.
I want a 1970s pop culture icon fighting game. The Duke Boys, Six Million Dollar Man, The Lou Ferrigno Hulk, Fonzie, Lenny and Squiggy, Horseshack, Fred Sanford, The Hardy Boys, Shogun Warriors, Stretch Armstrong, KISS, Quint from Jaws, Ralph Furley
If the game plays well, I don't see the problem.

Also, who would buy the Xbox 360 over the PS3 version? Vader > Yoda. PS3 KILLER APP CONFIRMED.
Am I the only one that only enjoyed the original? 2 and 3 did nothing for me.I hope 4 changes that. The Star Wars inclusion is the most random thing ever. I am not sure what to make of it.
TWO GREAT SERIES DESTROYED IN 2008R.I.P. BURNOUTR.I.P. SOUL CALIBUR
I'll still be buying SC4. That new armored chick with the spear and sword looks cool.
Destroyed my ass. I'll still be buying SC4. That new armored chick with the spear and sword looks cool.
What the hell is science fiction doing in a game about period fantasy? Let's throw in some characters with guns while we're at it.
Those pics look good, might just buy this
let's not forget who started this trend.(Image removed from quote.)
I braced for something from Gundam lore, but Sasaki surprised us both with his choice: Pac-Man. The thing holding him back from a SC IV guest appearance, he said, was that Pac-Man doesn't have a weapon. Now, I could have sworn I'd seen Pac-Man sporting a helmet and lance at some point...
