Fifa 08 vs WE/PES

Good lord, ladies - please bow down to the new football master : Fifa 08.

Konami, sit in the corner. 200 lines.

"substandard product hurts our profits as well as our reputation"

Japanese developers : stuck in 2005 for the rest of eternity

It's sad, DCharlie, but I think it's a combination of technical ineptitude and the market just not giving them the budgets they want.

This whole generation, and not videogames but the entire HD generation, has been a complete clusterfuck of epic magnitude. It's no wonder that Nintendo is winning by avoiding High Definition completely. Someone just needs to hit the reset button on this thing.

Has there been any signifiant non-nintendo japanese-made title released this generation so far? I can't think of many.

Next gen for Japan doesn't start till Kojima and Kitase/Kobayashi/Sugimoto/Narita say it does.
