I have been watching like 1 or 2 episodes a week lol. Watch Blue Velvet first. If you like that you'd like Twin Peaks.

Same star (Agent Dale Cooper's guy is the lead in Blue Velvet) and similar David Lynchy mystery in a small town style. If you love Blue Velvet you'd get a kick out of Twin Peaks. Or is Blue Velvet still uh "too explicit" for you as you called it?
