Startropics (NES) - I never did play this on the NES. People say its good but I dunno - I read the games story and im just not feelin it... pass for now

Alien Storm (MD) - It hasnt held up the best but I love this game. ITs basically a "not as good" golden axe clone with a more modern cyborgs vs alien invasion theme. It has odd FPS shooter stages that are on rails in between beat em up bits. Shoot everything for health and energy. I bought this without hesitation! Good times on my Genesis when I was a kid.

Pac Attack (SNES) - a pacman spinoff game? no.

Riot Zone (TG16) - A Final Fight clone (or wether this came first I have no clue...). Not interested....

At least EU had a good week.

StarTropics is so awesome.

They cheaped out on the wet letter bit. All you do is click on a button on the manual and it shows a GIF of paper going in water and the sub code appears. Ghey. I am going to play it for my yearly StarTropics run.

Pac Attack was kind of fun back in the day, but I imagine it really sucks to my lofty new standards.  I wish they'd bring Tetris Attack out, but Planet Puzzle League kinda fucked me outta that deal.

I played it and I just think its >OK< when you consider the hype the game gets.....

ITs basically an arcadey action-shooting game without enough polish to actually be a  acoinop (if that makes sense).

Startropics WAS awesome....back in '90.  If you don't have any nostalgic attachment going into it, I'd imagine that you'd probably hate the thing and/or quit out of boredom.
