Terminator 2 is such an amazing movie

So many awesome moments. Definitely the best Arnold film ever. I haven't seen T3 yet but I tried to rent all 3 tonight. Turns out the place I went to, you have to have a florida drivers license to become a member so I said screw that and just bought T2 on dvd for 5 bucks.

My friends and I will rent T1 and 3 tomorrow. TERMINATOR MARATHON

I'm with Malek. It's really hard to pick between the first two. T2 is pretty much a perfect action film, but T1 is so dark and awesome. Plus, Michael Biehn fucking rules. T3 is awesome, too. Fuck the haters.

I don't know.....I always look at T2 as such a let down.  I loved the first movie and was pumped going into the theater to see T2 but everything about it ended up annoying the shit out of me.   I wanted the bad ass terminator Arnold, the only thing he's been good in Arnold, not the fucking Kindergarten Cop.  T2 seemed pretty cheesy compared to the first one.

See, I guess that's how most people feel towards T3, Hitler. They don't realize that T2 started down that path already. Seeing and loving T2 first definitely shaped my feelings towards the series as a whole.

Yeah, I think if you were younger (or you know, under 13) when T2 came out and if that was the gateway into the "series" you'd probably feel quite a bit different about it than I.  I was looking for something dark and edgy, but what we got was a Guns N' Roses video with a Burger King cross promotion.  Sure the CGI was pretty amazing to see back then but I'd rather see Arnold cut into his 30 dollar plastic face in the first movie than be bored to tears watching T-1000 morph into a fat security guard.

Well, they're very different movies. I like each for different reasons. I like T1's theme/style/choice/whatever more, but T2 excels just as well at what it aims for.
