So two things:

1. Why do both of them look really fucking weird?

2. Is there a name for the "popped collar, 1980's spiky hair white boy" look?  The guy looks like a teenage Bart Simpson with bad fashion sense.

For some reason he makes me think of 90s comic superheroes. Like all he needs is a head guard and some swords.
