I just bought 1G of DDR RAM for my PC. Currently I have a 512 stick in there, although my total RAM is 384 right now. I've heard RAM works better when you put two similar sticks in, ie say 2 512 sticks or 2 1G sticks. Should I take out the 512 stick that's currently in my computer and then insert the new 1G, or should I just put the 1G in there and keep the 512 in as well?
