http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbG86rapup8So, I've been playing this game for the past week. Aside from the clunky name and 2003 graphics, it is a very credible game that is like Twisted Metal meets Forza. Arcadey steering + 8 player races + weapons with exp/ranking system is a total win for me.
Controls are very simplified as you use the ASD keys for weapon management and the arrow keys for control. There is an option for Manual steering if that is your inclination.
Gaining levels gives you more options for cars/weapons to purchase in the store. You can add on other modifications that help you in whatever strategy you employ. Like most Korean-style MMO's, you can use real money to buy stronger stuff .. but it's not enough to totally throw away the balance of the game. It is quite possible for a level 3 race to beat a level 18 racer, if you are smart and aggressive.
There is team racing (4 v 4), plain racing (no weapons) and time attack (you pay 50 gamepoints per attempt and the winner for the day takes the entire pot). 8-10 different tracks (double that, when you flip them) gives the game some strong replay value.
The game itself is only 300 mb. Give it a shot.
