Oh no I think I'm dying

So, we've been tromping around Morrocco for about 9 days now. If you've ever been there, you know that they treat sanitation like a myth. Regardless, I managed to avoid getting sick. Until now. We're staying with the Deputy Ambassador is his beautiful villa and I havn't lft bed in like 2 days. I woke up yesterday feeling achey and sleepy, but chocked it up to dragging our luggage around for the last weeks. We went out to some ruins and I nearly passed out. I had a 102 fever and I feel like I've stressed every muscle in my body. Everything just hurts and there's been a persistent headache for the last 36 hours or so. It was the worst night of sleep of my life and despite that fact that I haven't eaten much, I must have shit out four times my body weight.

I'm considering it, but given that it's Morrocco and I'm more than a little broke, I don't know if that's an improvment.

There are no advised inncoulations for Morocco, that said, my recent Peace Corps check up left me pretty much invincible.

Surely you must have emergency funds or your folks can wire you cash or something.  Don't risk dying in a foreign land just 'cuz you don't want to spend the cash.

Chug some vodka or something, the sharp spike in your blood alcohol level should kill any baddies running around in your blood as well as any Morroccan tapeworm/centipede hybrids laying eggs in your stomach.

My wife's grandma's friends. It is SWEET. It's like being Richie Rich, they have all these kitchen staff folks who make awesome food for us and they take your order like in a restaurant. BUT YOU DONT GOTTA PAY. And they did our laundry even though we didn't ask them to. It is super cool

did you only drink bottled water?  definitely go to the doctor, this doesn't sound like something that can be solved with an over-the-counter medication.
