Must be on for at least 1 second before initiating the lane change. This turn signal on WHILE making the lane change and turning the signal off halfway through the lane change is BULLSHIT. I hate it when people do that.  Seriously, it's not that hard and very natural to use the turn signal correctly.  People are just dumb.
