the guy i'm talking to right now acknowledged that in fact they were doing something to reimburse people. he said that this is a "NEW" issue but it should be no problem once he confirms the transaction with his supervisor. i'm on hold now, so we'll see.
update: *sigh* what a pain in the ass. so now they're saying to call back tomorrow to check on the "status" of the transaction and that everything should be worked out by then. this is bullshit.
