I'm thinking of getting Link to the Past because I never did actually beat it when I was younger. I got to the 4th or 5th dungeon in the Dark World and got stuck.

The other game I'm thinking about is Shining Force since I've never played any of them before.

Anything else worth getting?

LttP is the shit. I play Balloon Fight on VC a bit more than anyone should.

I'm not in the mood for more Mario (50+ stars into Galaxy) and I just bought two shooters yesterday (Omega 5, S&P) so no R-Type for now.

Balloon Fight is only 500 points too. I want a snes or genesis game.

I own Shining Force I and II. They are good, but extremely aged. They came before Tactics Ogre innovated and completely turned around strategy rpgs for the better so they feel very aged. I'm not sure if I would recommend them in this day and age. Maybe Shining Force III for Saturn, a lot of people suggest that. A lot. But I haven't played it yet.

Actraiser... I didn't like Beyond Oasis at all, felt way more like a brawler than an ARPG (well, that's due to Ancient's influence of course), and the music was an atrocity (made all the more painful by the fact it's a Koshiro soundtrack). Also Gunstar Heroes or Alien Soldier if you haven't played them yet. And of course Sin and Punishment if you haven't bought it, even though it's like 1200 I think.

The music does suck in Beyond Oasis, but I like how it plays. I got S&P and Omega 5 on Friday, so I don't want anymore shooters for now. When I buy another Wii Points card, Shining Force and Actraiser will be the first games that I get.
