Recently, my friend and I mixed Bailey's with Kahlua, Amaretto, and ice cream in a blender. It was pretty awesome. I think just Bailey's/some kind of Irish creme and ice cream mixed would be divine.

Espresso and ice cream is what you want. trust me on this, i know what i'm doing.
