I used to use TheyFit condoms - which are custom sized (there are like 100 different size combinations), but they're no longer manufactured. Since then, I just grab whatever free ones I can (planned parenthood get!) and use accordingly.

This is why I loved TheyFit - I have the same problem. I'm not exceptionally long, so using those Magnum ones are out of the question, but your average one is too tight. TheyFight had a billion different sizes. Condomania.com used to carry them, but they stopped for whatever reason. I dunno why.

It all depends on the person, but ticklers and vibrating ones are more "oh... that's... interesting, I guess" than "OMFG FUCK ME HARDER WITH THAT VIBRATING TICKLING THING ON YOUR SHAFT, YOU MONSTER". At least that's what I've found.

And I'm sure everyone knows this already, but if not: the trick with condoms and getting a "life-like" (read: moist, wet, warm) feeling is to put a drop or two of lube - like KY Silk is what I prefer, but feel free to experiment! - into the condom / onto your johnson before rolling the rubber on, and then maybe a drop or two on the outside of it so that your partner doesn't feel like they're fucking the finger from a rubber glove. You do that shit and it's pretty damn close to going bareback.

They're free, but I can't stand them. My main problem is I'm usually so drunk and tired by the time I start having sex, so getting an erection is difficult. When I get one, putting on a condom destroys it.

I'd imagine residual...stuff from ass fucking could theoretically get someone pregnant, but I'd imagine that's more of a scare tactic to tell teenagers to use protection all the time.
