New Pinball FX Tables - The joke is that the free one is better.

Well it looks like since the release of Pinball FX, two new tables have been offered up for download. Buccaneer is the pirated themed table (released in Oct 31st 2007), while The Mansion or whatever is a haunted mansion themed table.

Of the two Buccaneer is the good one. This table feels NOTHING like the others and I think the theme is executed really well. The Mansion table however feels just like The Agent and that Car themed one.

In short, grab the free one, be wary of the other one. I kinda wish they'd get the rights to remake some of the greats, like the T2 pinball machine

cool, i bought this game a while back.  i had no idea there was DLC for it.

yeah it took them for fuck ever. The pirate table is teh awesome, the mansion one isnt nearly as good, but its got a bunch of spooky sounds I spose

yea it is.  the physics seem way off from traditional pinball, but it looks good and plays fast.  they should've licensed some older pinball tables, that would've put this game on the map.

I bought Pinball FX last week and got the two DLC tables. The free pirate table is the best one in the game, no question. The mansion is kind of lame, but I had 200 points laying around and nothing else to spend them on.

the ms points system is genius.  i tend to buy shit for no reason as well when i've got some spare ones.
