How do I defeat the 4 headed snake(poison) in Blue Dragon?

I know I could check Gamefaqs for this, but I figured why not bring some BD love today?   


ANy hints?  When all 4 party members get poisoned I feel completely fucked.  I tried the creature compendium for a hint but the engrish was pretty bad for some reason.

BTW I'm playing in hard mode, so I die, a lot.

Heal all members with charged CurePoi (or whatever it's called in English)
Attack with water, ground and flare magic.

i dont have curepoi.....

my healer dun got it.

How the hell can you not have it?
It's a level 1 white magic. You get them at rank 3

You all get poisoned so you need to cure the poison.
Set someone as White, and rank it up to 3, then unlock white magic level 1, which includs Cure Poison.

Hold down the button when you cast to "charge" it and make the cure radius bigger, so you can cure everyone in your party at once.

Does that make sense?

I have a white magic with a skill of 11, the charachter is level 17....  no cure poison skill.

Not sure what the deal is, I mainly trained him as a barrier user...
