and instead of getting the heated eggs from the pan there, i asked for fresh. omfg omfg best breakfast in a long time.

I have been drinking a lot of green tea with my breakfast recently.

And yeah, I have been coming to work early for meetings and because I'm super lazy and don't want to wake up even earlier to head the cafeteria before the meetings, I've been missing breakfast and holy shit! My day fucking blows. I'm so sleepy if I miss breakfast. The day goes by soooo slow. Thank God that is over.

Same thing as every morning. I love breakfast as well. It's some cod liver oil and liquid vitamins, followed by a raw egg yolk. Then I cook the rest of that egg white with three other eggs over easy, fry up four pieces of bacon, and enjoy that with one heavily buttered piece of all natural toast (no high fructose corn syrup please.)

And cold filtered water

It's my lunches that suck recently :'(

I can't even find a brand, I'm lucky to find a variety within a brand. Currently I've been digging on some Arnold's bread, pretty cheap considering.

edit: But most of the Arnold's varieties have hfcs

I never pay attention during them. I'm always way too concerned about my food. And then I end eating faster than everyone else and then I'm like "do they notice I'm already done?" and then I'm like "fuck them. quit talking and eat".

Yeah my problem is I pay attention at every meeting, but a lunch meeting is confusing cause lunch is lunch and a meeting is a meeting. In short I ate a bigger breakfast and will grab something light

Yeah, I mean, I understand we're there to discuss things on our lunch break and we should be working. But if something is going to take precedence, it'll be my food.

Oh god, and appetizers are a sure fire way for confusion. Especially chips con queso or something. Some people there dip (ok with friends, bad etiquette for business meetings I think!) and others use the spoon to put it on the plate and then some people get like a 3 or 4 chips while others get a handful. Fuck that. Business and eating do not mix.

That's shit. At my HT we have both Arnolds and Pepperidge Farm whole wheat style breads, and there are a couple of varieties in each that don't have hcfs. I buy a loaf and freeze it two slices at a time, so I can have a fresh piece every morning without worrying about it going stale.
