I saw it - liked it. I want more though now - I hope there's an unrated DVD with like 30 more minutes of violence.

If you come to the movie expected some intricate plot, this is about as straightforward black and white as it gets. One of the most violent films as it gets - its basically assured this movie will never be shown on cable TV, unless its HBO or Showtime. I bought Rambo II after I saw this since I haven't seen it, and this made Rambo II seem like a PG move (except with the exploding bow and arrow grenade - awesome). It felt short and a little slow paced though, feels like you want more violence - but I liked it a lot. It won't win any awards, but you won't get many 'holy shit' moments in a movie more than this.

I googled it and watched the trailer. Looks like RE girl power level bullshit. I was hoping for a Mel Gibson type dude driving around an empty world killing infected people who also drive extremely badass cars.

Come on man, they go to the Thunderdome and fight some flamboyantly gay dudes in spiky leather on motorcycles and tricked out dune buggies with chainsaws and mohawks and shit. If it's got all that, I can use my imagination to pretend like it's Mel Gibson instead of some chick.
