After Classic Media goes through their remaining Godzilla films (only two more, All Monsters Attack and Terror of Mechagodzilla), they are going to put out some remastered,  uncut DVD's of other Toho monster flicks.  Specifically Rodan, Mothra is up for one too I'm pretty sure.  So just be patient and you'll get your Toho remake of King Kong (Mothra is, admit it) eventually.

My personal fav of the Classic Media G-flicks is Invasion of the Astro Monster (Xillians fo LIFE).

Oh shit, my bad.
It turns out Sony has the rights to all the Mothra standalone films, and for some reason, Miramax has the rights to still unreleased in America Godzilla vs. Biollante.
Classic Media will be putting out some swell DVD's for Rodan and War of the Gargantuas, which makes for a good consolation prize IMO.  So no new Mothra DVDs are planned, sorry.  But hey, we get THESE!

Yeah, like I'm going to let a giant monster thread die a unmourned death.
I just forgot to plug the upcoming American DVD release of the most recent Kaiju flick, Gamera The Brave.  It just came out in 2006, and the large financial crater it left behind killed a rebooted Gamera franchise, as well as a proposed Takashi Miike directed remake of Daimajin (fuck that would have been sweet).  Don't make the same mistake the Japanese did, Look for Gamera The Brave in Q2 from Tokyo Shock.
