I ate that for lunch with some fries and a coke...

the flavor was very zany, I cant actually figure out if it was good or not

That sauce is basically ''Thousand Island'' dressing, an concoction of ketchup, mayo, and diced pickles.

But seriously ''russian'' dressing can have ketchup and mayo as the base.  The marketed version is usually beet red.
