80s horror rarely grabs me because it's usually just cheap imitations of the known classics
this is predominately english/american stuff. there's a ton japanese stuff which is now in print (jingoku or hell is a favorite. it's about buddhist torment in the afterworld) and you have, of course, the gaillos and other country's horror but i wanted to list stuff you could easily track down through netflix or amazon.
