« on: February 07, 2008, 08:45:48 PM »
Man WTF! I am eating one of these a day....

I use the Bobli large thin crust shell...the Boboli red pizza sauce, Sargento Artisian Blends Chipolte Smoked Cheddar and pickled jalipeno slices on top.....

holy fukk its good!

and its not like I got burned out - the scary part is this has been going on for a few months now.

is this my ultimate food - could I eat this every day and be content?

Genghis -

Semolina is sadly something I've never found. Although I recently found a store that sells 'fresh' pasta so it must exist in the country somewhere.

Even if i do find it, it'll probably be prohibitively expensive due to rarity value. Wholewheat flour is also next to impossible to find in any quantity. :gloomy

if you want, you can replace the tomato sauce with bbq sauce and put chicken or some other meat as a topping.  we tried it in foods class last year and it was actually really good.  I'll never forget it, we made bbq pizza with double fudge brownies and I felt orgasm in my mouth.

It's really good.

i like most sauces on pizza except alfredo sauce....

my 2nd favorite is spreading a layer of pesto over the crust under the cheese...

I also like to put a layer of shaved parm all over the outer crust so it bakes on there crispy like...

I three am interested in this pizza crust.
