Also, I notice these Bourne trilogy "flaws" (and really, its more like minor nitpicking; I actually think its the best American film trilogy in the past 20 years or so) because I watched them 3 straight nights in a row, rather than seeing one every couple of days or weeks.
One thing I loved though was the change in Bourne's character from start to finish, much of which I attribute to Matt Damon, who became a much better actor from 2002 to 2007. I liked how he was kind of wide-eyed and naive in Identity, and how cold, calculated and badass he was by Ultimatum.
Easier way to put it was that in Identity I thought "oh, theres Matt Damon trying to act tough", and in Ultimatum I was thinking "oh shit, you done pissed off Jason Bourne, bitch!"
