This is for people like me who have yet to even beat the game because it has no subtitles, thus making it a lil hard to understand the story. It's kinda hard to care about a story based game when you don't even know why you're killing such and such. Thankfully I now have a way so I can enjoy the game.

Im getting lent a copy of this tomorrow, looking forward to checking it out. Apparently achievements are generally easy and the game is short, the perfect game to borrow

I think you said one of your ears has a hearing problem?  There is no way you NEED a script to understand the story.  What do you do for movies?

well, you can generally tell by their "acting" and tone what exactly they are saying through their weird accents.

the mixing is weird. plus, i can't catch every thing they say. i prefer all my story based games to have subtitles.

I don't know, I thought AC had clearer VA than most other video games, although I usually don't turn subtitles on.  Used to for TV shows but then I hated how it would block parts of the screen

i had no issues with that at all and english isn't my native language. i played through it last week and i did everything there was to do in the game - with the exception of collecting flags - on my first playthrough without getting bored. i can't wait to see ac2 omg

this is basically my impressions.

AC2 better be not as repetitive.

Himuro has said he has a hearing problem, I don't know why he's suddenly saying his hearing is fine, unless he got a hearing aid or something.
