So I did my first pelvic exam on a female patient

It was awkward as fuck.  First, I had to stick a speculum into her vagina.  I panicked a little when it wouldn't go in more than an inch.  Luckily, she loosened up and it went in smoothly.  After I removed the speculum, I stuck my index and middle fingers all the way up to the cervix.  With my fingers, I did a thorough examination of the inside cavity.  The whole thing just felt really weird because I was sticking things up the vagina of someone I just met.

If it were that uncomfortable to touch a woman's genitals, I can only imagine how bad it'll be next month when I have to examine man ass.   :(

I had a pap smear and a pelvic exam on Wednesday! I bet you're all jealous.

I totally cried the first time I had an internal ultrasound. They shouldn't be allowed to do these things to virgins, seriously.

I'm a straight female though, and I think doing a pelvic on a woman would be way easier than man ass. Something about man ass just...ew ew.
