Was her song in a BMW commercial or starbucks? That usually works. I like Feist, her stuff is good, but i've learned to hate 1 2 3 4, which is pretty sad.

Indie 103 isn't really that underground of a station. They play some stuff before it hits KROQ but for the most part they're pretty mainstream.
