Professional cooks, chefs, and foodies like to play a game called "Dead Chef Walking". Basically the question asked is, "What would be your last meal?" The context being that you were sentenced to die after a horrible crime. Ironically, most cooks and chefs usually forgo the caviar, lobster, foie gras, and truffles and usually pick homey, comforts foods.
My final meal would consist of Grilled Rib Eye Steak, creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, and a caesar salad. No dessert. I don't have a sweet tooth.
