3-4 years ago this company would have been lucky to get an offer over 20M or even 10M.

Dell throwing 155MIL out for it is a sign of strategic frenzy in the documentation, imaging, business continuity planning, compliance, sas70 market.

You wanna make a bunch of cash quick? My recommendation is to learn how to sell BCP documentation management software. I dont deal with it but I know a mate clearing 500K per annum selling it.

yeah but specifically did he do?

When yer selling MANY $700,000 software license/support packages per year to companies who have no choice due to federal regulation your bound to make a few bucks no?
