I removed Java Environment 5 update 11 and Java 5 update 2 from Add/Remove programs and downloaded the latest Java. After that I ran CCLeaner and scanned and fixed everything, even from the registry (something I always do). After this I kept getting random issues like the screen lagging when I scrolled and webpages loading up too slow and msn keeps getting disconnected. Also it seems pages load up until 99% of the statusbar is full and then it just keeps "loading". I mean it doesn't stop loading. What does this mean? Goddamnit fuck this shit. Someone please help me.

i had that problem and uninstalled and reinstalled the browser and it fixed it

Also I have to add that when I go to Run and enter "ipconfig"  it doesn't show up. The DOS screen flashes for a second but it doesn't open up.

ipconfig won't open from run. 

you have to open "cmd" and then enter "ipconfig" in the command line

and yeah, just the browser
