I am debating double dipping on Planet Earf (I only have it on DVD). And 2001

it's the most enjoyable vampire flick i have seen in a while, genuine tension, the vampires are just flat-out ruthless, and you really root for the characters

i don't buy hd movies at full price, i do the trade-in thing at moviestop, so i only paid $9 out of pocket (actual street date is tuesday the 26th)

i don't think any movie is worth $30 retail, so i can't advise there, but i really liked it

like i said, children get et, there's a jaw-dropping overhead tracking shot of the town during the initial vampire onslaught that gave me the shivers
