What's the best way to reheat ribs?

I would put them in a dish with a slight ammount of water and re-heat in a convection oven so they dont get dried out.

If you dont have that available - put in a glass dish with a lid and some water and bake - they shouldn't get too tough that way.

Abrader has it covered.  Just don't microwave.  It toughens the proteins.

I have eaten chitlins on white rice before....

Thats about as black as it gets.

Chitlins are some serious crap.  I tried them once and I almost threw up.  When they cook the make your kitchen smell like dog poo.  That's some hardcore stuff.

I'll never forget the first time I encountered chitlins. I was at my grandma's house for Christmas, and no one was upstairs so I decided to head into the basement. As I walked down the stairs I was hit with the most offensive shit smell I've ever witnessed. When I got downstairs my grandparents and all my family members were standing in line to get chitlins from a pot. I ran back upstairs 

They literally smell like shit
