So is Metroid Prime 3 worth a buy?

It's finally being released here next week. I loved the first one, but never made it through the second one cause I got so bored. Is this one better?

Based on the couple of hours that I played, I thought that MP3 was a better game than the last one.  By last gen's standards, it's a very pretty game.  If you only have a WII, then you should probably give it a try.

I forgot to mention that my arm got really tired after playing just 2 hours or so.  Stay away if you don't want to end up with a stiff arm the next day.

I doubt bagofeyes has the attention span to play any game for two hours straight - at least not without beer and bukkake breaks..

Only if you like the previous games.  It's very derivative of the other 2 games.

The combat is totally different than the first two but you'll probably like it.  The game has less "stupid" enemies and more robots/pirates that actually fight against you.  You'll definitely like it though.  If you were one of those people who were able to get into MP1's controls in an hour (which was relatively fast) then you'll love it.  The one real complaint I have is that the bosses don't to be as challenging.
