Well, I've owned and sold a shit ton more, but this is what I've found worthy of keeping around:

That covers pretty much any gaming urge I could have.  If I wanna beat shit up, I play VF4.  If I want to play the best RPG of this gen, I'll play BoFV again.  If I'm unemployed and want to sink 50 or so hours of time into an rpg (like now), I can replay the classically great DQVIII.  If I want to whip the shit out of demons, in goes DMC3.  And Burnout 3 is, of course, the best racing game of all time ever.  I will literally punch you in the testicles if you say otherwise.

And my roommate has the usual compliment of the latest sports games, so I've played a season of baseball on MLB '06 the show and a season or two of Madden '07. 

Also, my package consisting of Valkyrie Profile 2, Culdcept and Final Fantasy XII should show up today.  In fact, I'm gonna go check now lol.
