I've had trouble sleeping lately for similar reasons. Plus I had a 7:15am flight the other day, needed to get up at 5:30am to get to the airport. Went to bed at 10:30pm, didn't get to sleep till sometime after 2am. Couldn't sleep, tried listening to podcats/music, reading, getting up... Nothing worked. So I had a 14 hour day (didn't get back home till 9:30) on about 3 hours sleep. It was fucked. It's been a while since I've had sleeping pills but I think I may need some more before I knife someone at work.
