well actually, there is no mention on the traders website of ff13 or sony or ps3 as far as i can tell and i'm searching all over. maybe i can look around later but i don't think this rumor is real; at least not yet.

besides, who fucking cares. it's final fantasy. it will be good stuff and people will hate it for the sake of hating although a team of hundreds will put thier heart and soul into the making the game.

would SE admit to themselves (never mind anyone else) that the game is two years away even if it were? in my (limited) working experience, all large software projects are about two months from release at all times. are there companies with less delusional project management?

I talked to this animator guy who worked on S.W.A.T once about his daily work. He spent days on end just fiddling with eyebrow movements in in-engine cutscenes. Days.

His hobby was carpentry, which he considered massively fast-paced and exhilarating compared to game design, which he despised and only did for the paycheck.

Don't sleep for several weeks while trying to decipher poorly written bugs that you can reproduce maybe 5 percent of the time.
