Going out with a girl to Dave and Busters this weekend... you know what that means... Daytona!!! Virtua Tennis 3!!!

And lots of Lost Odyssey as well. I want to pick up Wipeout Pulse too.

I dunno. I finished Sam n Max 2.3 last night. I gave up on Lost Odyssey. Probably I will just come into work.

I have two dates lined up this weekend already, no time to game!

(this may or may not work depending on the girl... but I've found that shooting a few games of pool, drinking at the bar, and playing some games especially skee-ball is usually a good time for them)

you have to do it co-op to play as Dom, and you have to be the one that gets invited to play as him... I think

anyways Im down too so msg me or Cohen if you see us and we'll sort it out. Ive already got the Dom achieves so Im all G

several days ago i told myself i'd stop playing dmc4 and crack into some of the other games i've bought. the result is that i haven't been playing videogames at all. i think the solution is to start playing dmc4 again

I've been playing Gears multi for a few days and it is awesome with a group of friends

Host whining is for pussies.

I might go for the Dom co op and Insane achievements this weekend too if it strikes me.

We can do that.

I tried it SP and had Serious Issues with it but apparently it's designed to be played coop and the SP mode is an unbalanced aberration of no fun.

I'm going through my backlog and mopping up stuff. I figure I'm about 2/3's through Yakuza, then its onto something else.
Its a very fine game, I quite enjoy it, but for some reason it looks pretty assey on my PStriple, while everything else looks great. I dunno whats up.

Its like 15-20 hours. Its not the sort of game that encourages non-stop play. Its much better to tackle it in smaller sessions, otherwise the repetitive mission structure will really grate on you. Or least, that's what happened to me.

can you get all the achievements in one playthrough i.e save before the last boss (if applicable) and go get all the collectables and shit?

Yeah, you can do anything at any time, you can even replay chapter's you've already beat and keep getting achievements after you beat the game, but the collectibles are for masochists only, I wouldn't advise doing them. You can about 850 points without finding all the flags.

Assassins Creed is awesome. Cutscenes are mad homo and theres too much plot that the game requires you to take too seriously. But other than that the game has plenty going for it, visually great and the whole scale of the project is quite amazing.
