It means having someone bring up your actions, and criticising you for them, or asking you to explain them.

Edit:  I know I never bothered on GAF since I valued it as a source of news.  I didn't want to get banned for taking the topic off course or insulting people.

Yeah, that would be a foolish suggestion. Drinky and his ilk got merc'd numerous times by Lemurs. Their response? Set up a forum with rules that explicitly prohibit the patronage of said 15 year old member in the rules.
