LOLOL

I like your name though.

To be honest this was actually a friend's character whom I used to raid with

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dalaran&n=Fumblenoob

This belongs to a Chinese friend with ~60k gold and 4 level 70s. I helped with his High Warlord preBC.

i like how ive never heard of either realms or battlegroups, all good though.

i wanna know how the fuck you got to 2k with a pally rogue combo, unless you did it with the forst mage and he left for a bit.

The pally is a real life friend who's probably one of the best paladins I've ever seen. Pally/Rogue is actually almost on par with Priest/Rogue imo, between the drinking/mana burn nerfs, Pally's insane mana regen, Blessing of Freedom, and Cleanse for how many Rogue/X teams you see in 2v2. You just have to be able to los mana burns like mad. Druid/War teams can be difficult though. The mage was swapped in periodically. It would go something like 6-7 games as Pally/Rogue and 3-4 as Rogue/Mage. Aprina, the mage, is actually Nexic(the original account owner)'s main. So he hops on the mage and Acehigh or whoever plays Nexic.

Rogue/Mage is probably more fun (and viable) although the margin for error is much less. It's sad how fast Druid/War gets roflstomped if you do it right.

And yeah, Whirlwind (Shu'Halo) is probably among the top 5 worst battlegroups in both PvE and PvP. Stormstrike is alright.

most of my saturday was spent playing around with lotro so i didn't get as far as i'd have liked

i'm now the highest level i've ever been in wow at 57.  i'm a bubble away from 58.  i'm going to try and knock that out tonight if i can.

i've got a few easy "kill a lot of these" quests in winterspring which should facilitate that.

i also managed to solo a level 60 elite demon at 57 before we did ST last night.  But it turns out I didn't have to for my quest.

Brynitha is almost 58 and off ot Outlands
Vynitha got the Talbuk, ran shattered halls and sunken temple, and switched from jewelcrafting to herb to help a guild alchemist.

43! and got mining to 220 and jewelcrafting to 170. ugggh jewelcrafting is such a fucking money sink.

once I catch up with Keith at 45, I'm gonna slow down a lot (and hopefully duo with him)

i'm contemplating dropping the mining skill because i'm actually out of my league with it.  i'm stuck on mithril (thanks fucked up mining curve) where as every area i'm currently mining in is Torium.  I need to gain 14 skill levels mining greens, so I'm not skilling up with every ore spot

yeah, that happened to me on my first character, so I was super paranoid about Cocco and stopped as soon as I hit Iron and couldn't get it. Remember you can get the +5 mining gloves to help you over the level hump. Generally speaking, you wanna do as much of your mining levels off of ore as possible and as early as possible...

as Super Hunter (tm) i can just run around some zones w/o fear of attack

but then i'm making 8 gold per stack of rugged leather, so I don't know why I'm really bothering.

also, you have dailies now at 70 which will make getting your flying mount and even your epic flying mount an adventure in babysitting

You have to be 58 to pass through the Dark Portal. You should go IMMEDIATELY--you can probably solo the first few Hellfire quests, and within 2-3 hours you will be GEARED THE FUCK OUT thanks to the stat reset for 60-70.

Only an r-tard would do 58-60 in the old world.

Since the old world quest xp changes 58-60 in the old world isn't much (if any) slower than in outlands.  Plus Hellfire can be brutal for some classes (warrior).

really? I thought the curve tapered off from 55-60 in the old world. if they brought it in line, then I guess there's no reason to go...well, except you REALLY want that phatty boom batty BC gear. It's like, green Tier 2 given to you in a "Welcome to Outland" gift bag.

I did levels 58 and 59 in a couple hours each in the old world.  60>61 took forever but I was waiting for a friend to hit level 58 to help him out with questing (he was a paladin).  Plus my goal was to reach 70 before doing Blade's Edge, Netherstorm, and SMV because I wanted the quest money to buy my epic flyer ASAP.  I did end up doing this but dailies are so absurd now that I didn't need to.  I had a couple days last week where I made over 1K gold between dailies (300g+) and gem sales.

I don't feel bad.  It gave me enough money to buy gem patterns so I now control the early jewelcrafting market and have horde guilds creating level 1 alliance alts to hound me for cuts.  And I'm sitting at over 5K so when important patterns like solid star of elune finally drop I'll be there.

I have a talbuk from my consortium grind.  A male draenei looks stupid riding it so I use my saber, though.

Today I bought the 8 dodge pattern from the horde AH, transfered 1500 gold to a character there, and got 3 level 1's to Booty Bay (one horde, two alliance on different accounts).  I'm now set up for fairly easy cross-faction trading.

UC or Silvermoon with a translocate to UC. TB is pretty safe but its TB, wtf. Org isn't bad but there's a lot more aggro mobs and the distance seems longer.

Went from level 33 to level 41 over the last few days.  Since reinstalling, I haven't been to the gym once.

I just made my friend a $50 bet that I won't play for a year.  Maybe this will help.

(playing titan quest was what got me to restart WoW :'()

You just made a bet?  Does that mean you've quit again already?

I'd rather clean up the existing tab first before we invest in a new one. I might liquidate a lot of the non-rare stuff and deposit the gold in the bank--there's no reason to store greens for 10 levels or low-level crafting mats when you can just walk over to the AH and pick it up when you need it at 70.

At the very least, anyone with a crafting profession should take any recipes they want out of the guild bank and store it in their own space. I'm prolly gonna clean recipe house on Monday.
