The combat is action rpg. You use fighting game like move patterns to pull off stuff. It's quite button mashy. Sometimes the games can be hard though.

That Tales game for the PSP was aight, it got really repetitive though. The only other Tales game I've ever played was Tales of Destiny 2.

These current iterations look more Shonen than Wild Arms 4
