I bought it at launch - today it basically fell apart.

Sometimes it wouldnt connect to the phone and charge....

It has always had static/range issues.

Recently - it started just randomly powering off at times.

Right now the battery charge last about as long as one call and 2 hours of standby...

I will get them to replace it for sure.

The new one better not be queer.

I always have trouble keeping buds in my ear if im eating/talking, so this wouldnt work for me anyway. I prefer the clip around the ear stuff.

First thing I do when I get a new ipod is buy 3rd party buds for it lol.

I am assuming you mean Leopard? Here's how lame of a launch Leopard has had: I had less trouble integrating Vista into my network after launch than I did Leopard. And Leopard's prominent bugs have not been fixed, and it's been out since, what, November? October? FIX SMB APPLE. FUCK, HOW THE FUCK DID YOU BREAK IT TO BEGIN WITH?
