There was this disturbing Sam Keith comic that had one plotline involving a teenage girl with a lesbian crush and another involving some giant fat guy who liked acting like a baby and crapping in diapers, but had this hot Goth girlfriend who took care of him like a baby and I do not recall what it was named.
