Lost Odyssey - DRE's are getting out of hand...

Alright, this is fucking ridiculous. I don't know whether to blame the game or the 360... I've had no less than 3 DRE's today in disk 4 of Lost Odyssey. I've tried cleaning the cache multiple times... in fact, there was one time where it wouldn't read the hard drive, and I lost an hour of progress b/c it wouldn't save. I don't even know what to do... I'm not RRODing or anything. It's freaking annoying, and I'd like to blame MS. Since the only other console I've ever owned that gave me a problem was when my disk drive on my original Xbox died after one month of owning it...

I got 1 before the first boss on Disc 1, never again on any disc. 45 hours of play.

Blue Dragon crashed on me right after I beat the boss in one of the subquest dungeons on disk 3, but I've never really had any problems with any other games, apart from backtracking after defeating certain bosses in Eternal Sonata (which was a corrupted cache issue). I really don't understand this.

I would really like to beat LO, since I'm enjoying the game... but when I can't seem to play for more than a half hour without it crashing... well that's not fun at all!

That'd fuck my butt too. There aren't many save points in the final dungeon(s) either.

its probably the game, a lo of people are having issues with it. I dudnt have dres myself until disc 4. i just got a DRE during the fucking ending so I have to beat the last boss and shit all over again. Luckily I was super damn overleveled lol

non hdmi units (especially with the samsung drive) have this issue.

but, this could be your LO discs and not the drive.

I'd wait for a price drop and get an arcade falcon but that's just me.
