Sure this isnt live, from what I read they rarely performed live.

But man, listen to the arrangement of this song.  The vocals, wow.  ANd that interlude....

Such a classic, Belle and Sebastian pretty much owe their career to this one song.  Thank god it exists in this world.   :-* :-[

Oh man, I love this song soo much. Anyone else remember watching DTV on the Disney Channel back in the early 80s? California Dreamin' was one of the songs they played on a regular basis.

Dream a Little Dream of Me.  They have a couple other noteworthy singles but none that really touch California Dreamin.
