I dunno how you guys feel about pills but there are some great calcium one that are great for your immunity. I take calcium+citrate pills as well as natural vitamic C/rose bud pills

you don't drink milk? i drink it with, like, every meal. it tastes so good, and it's healthy (plenty of calcium). omg.

I drink milk and silk. I'd probably be 6'5 if I drank milk on a regular basis as a kid

Allergy meds make my heart skip if I use em too much so I have been using other stuff. I take One-A-Day vitamins, and a crapload of other suppliments, not much more I can do cept SUFFER LIKE G DID
