Anyone here have a Slingbox?

I don't know much about it other than it's supposed to let me watch whatever I have on my Digi Cable box on any computer.  I'm sick of using various websites to get clips of information and I'm getting way behind on my WWII documentaries.

Any impressions?  Is it worth $180 to you?

I don't really know how the slingbox works but couldn't you just hook up your Digi cable box at home to a computer and then watch the stream from the computer at home?

This guy at work was talking to me about this today.  Sounds awesome if you travel a lot but for a regular joe like me it's pretty much worthless.  :hurr
