Seems so, got it last night with Etrian Oddessey. So far I am super fucking impressed with the interface and gameplay and presentation.

This could honestly keep me off of Civ 4 for a while me thinks. It really is the first time I've seen the DS live up to it's capabilities as a strategy console.

GET THIS GAME(and Etrian Odddessey!)

Apparently there is a PC game too by the same horrible name.

But this game kicks all sorts of ass. It is sooo slick. It is kind of like civilization or perhaps settlers(never played that), you have to found a new colony on a new land. You have to eventually compete with a rival nation from what I am seeing so far in the game.

It is really sucking me in unlike simcity for the DS.

Check out that gameplay video and watch the map get scrolled around. you can flick your stylus to move around the map, it is THE most intuative map scrolling i've ever seen.(way better than mouse scroll)

You are going to shit when you get into this game.

It is interface perfection AND it is kickass greatness. Played for 40 mins last night, god it is so well done.

Worst name ever for a truly excellent 'western' strategy experience. On the DS. Finally.
