Panels 4 and 5.  Those are different characters.  Actually any characters of the same gender and approximately the same age tend to look the same in the FOOBiverse, regardless of whether they are directly related or not.  I think the takeaway from this is that all Canadians are hopelessly inbred and fucking gross.
