If there can be two OAs, why can't there be two EBs? The other place would be perfect for disgruntled EBers, perm/temp banned members and OA/Gaffers that can't be approved.

At the very least, it'd be entertaining, no?

Mupepe.com doesn't have an admin like TVC to lend some legitimacy to that forum. A EB forum with TVC as admin and NSFW content would be pretty fun.
