Doctor Who star David Tennant has reportedly split from girlfriend Bethan Britton after just four months together.
Britton, who works for BBC Cardiff where the show is filmed, is said to have grown tired of 36-year-old Tennant's gruelling schedule.
A friend told the News of the World: "She's a lovely girl with a big heart.

"But she was hardly seeing David because he's so busy.
"She became increasingly fed up of spending her nights alone and couldn't see how they could plan a future together.
"David may play the Timelord, but because of his schedule he couldn't give Bethan much time."

Tennant ended his two-year relationship with Thunderbirds actress Sophia Myles last October.
His latest heartbreak comes as it is revealed that the Timelord could be set to become a father in the latest series - which began last night.
Rumours of the Doctor's possible offspring have been mounting after it was revealed that the sixth episode of the series is entitled "The Doctor's Daughter"
The show's creator Russell T. Davies has refused to comment on the upcoming plotline.
The return of Doctor Who's to the nation's television screens attracted 8.4 million viewers it has been revealed.
The latest series which aired on BBC One, secured an audience share of 39.4 per cent.
Last night's episode included Catherine Tate as the Doctor's new companion Donna, reprising her role from the 2006 Christmas Special The Runaway Bride.
Billie Piper also made a surprise appearance in the initial episode as Rose Tyler.
A BBC spokesperson said: "This is a great start for the new series of Doctor Who. The show kicked off a fantastic night of family entertainment on BBC One which pulled in big audiences across the evening."
The previous third series of the show secured an average 7.03 million viewers.
BBC One's programme Casualty recorded 7.1m viewers, while its latest musical talent show I'd Do Anything, plus the National Lottery each secured 6.8m viewers.
ITV's long running clip show You've Been Framed recorded 4.7m while Harry Hill's TV Burp secured 5.5m and Duel 5.6m.
